Our products are made from beautiful and textured materials such as Denim, Polyester, Canvas, and many recycled fabrics. For specific questions, please contact us at frayededge.co.uk@gmail.com.
Washing
• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Turn garments inside out to protect surface details and stitching.
• Use mild detergent. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals that can degrade fibres or fade colours.
• Spot clean when possible to extend the life of the garment.
Drying
• Air dry is best. Lay flat or hang to preserve shape and prevent shrinkage.
• If using a dryer, choose a low heat setting and remove promptly to avoid creasing or stiffening.
Ironing
• Iron denim and canvas sections inside out on low to medium heat.
• Iron polyester areas on low heat with a cloth barrier to prevent melting or shine.
Storage
• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can fade all three materials over time.
Extra Tips
• Trim loose threads gently—especially around frayed seams—to avoid snags.
• Canvas may stiffen slightly after washing; a gentle steam or wear-in will soften it again.
• Embrace the evolving texture. These pieces are designed to wear in, not wear out.
