Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
For Mainland UK orders (England, Scotland, and Wales, excluding Islands): We ship with InPost, depending on the location of your items at the time of packaging. I will try to dispatch your items within 3 days of purchase. Please allow 4 working days after dispatch for your order to reach you. If you have not received your item within 8 working days, then please get in contact.
For Non-Mainland (Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man): We ship using DHL, usually taking between 4-6 business days including dispatch but we currently do not ship outside the UK.
Orders within the UK will receive free shipping when spending over £150.
Return & Exchange Policy
I am sorry that your item isn't quite right!
Unfortunately, we don't offer free returns just yet.
Please send an email to frayededge.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and your reason for wanting to return the item. Remember to include any relevant pictures. I will then respond to you as soon as possible! Please note we don't accept returns for any items bought in a sale.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be unworn or unused with tags still attached.
Once your return application has been accepted, you will be sent a shipping address. You will need to package the item in suitable packaging. Please fill out and enclose the return form in the package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
